Nancy is your “go-to”person for everything needed during your stay Nancy was born and raised in Jaco and, as a native of the area, she knows it like the back of her hand.  With more than 3 years at the resort prior to starting her work with HRG, she now has a firm handle on everything Los Sueños Resort related. Nancy is an avid golfer and can give you a few tips about La Iguana Golf Course. She is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and a bit of Portuguese. Nancy works at the front desk and can help with everything from your reservation to tour bookings.  In her off time, Nancy is currently studying to be a software engineer. Nancy will do his best to help ensure that you get the most out of your Los Sueños vacation, helping you to choose the right tours and activities for you and your group. Whether it’s a sitter for the evening, a car rental, stocking your condo with groceries before your arrival, or arranging for a massage therapist to come to your vacation rental, Nancy will take care of it all.
