Fitness Centers: Within Los Sueños there are several options to stay active, one of them are the fitness centers or gyms, you can find one located in the resort itself, and most of the residential communities also have access to one. The gyms are open 24 hours a day, every day and they are fully equipped with cardio and strength equipment. Sauna, steam room and whirlpool are also available at the resort for a fee.
Jogging or Walking: Walking and jogging are free activities where you not only exercise but also get to enjoy the beautiful views Los Sueños has to offer, the warm sun and fresh air are good for the soul. Los Sueños alos offers many jogging and walking trails or if you prefer you can also choose to jog or walk on the beach.
Tennis or Golf: The Marriot Hotel in Los Sueños has two tennis courts available and they rent rackets and balls. La Iguana Golf Course is an 18-hole championship golf course that offers a par-72, Ted Robinson-designed layout, all you have to do is book the schedule that best suits you with enough time ahead, you can also consider taking part of a tournament, or if you have never played golf, this may be the perfect opportunity to learn in a golf course surrounded by amazing nature. Swim: Whether you are staying at the resort, a condo or a private villa, guests have access to Los Sueños Beach Club, and there are private pools in all the communities, nothing beats a refreshing swim on a hot day. Water aerobics are also a possibility at the beach club, check the schedules and just jump in the pool.
Surf or SUP: Staying at Los Sueños you are close to some of the best beaches for surfing in Costa Rica, Jacó and Hermosa. If you didn’t bring a surf board this is not a problem, there are plenty of shops in Jaco that rent boards and many surf schools if this is your first time or you need to work on your skills. If surfing is not for you, stand-up-paddling has become very popular, it’s fun and it will also give your body a good challenge.
