La Joya

La Joya is a 81 hectares jewel located on the Central Pacific Coast less than three minutes from the town center of Jaco Beach, the most developed coastal town in Costa Rica. The property is home to the most significant secondary rain forest in the area and has a mother farm with SETENA building permits along with shovel ready building sites including residential lots and two gorgeous hotel sites. The access to Jaco, abundance of flora and fauna, plus the fact that a significant portion of the property is ready for development make this one of the most valuable pieces of property on the Central Pacific Coast.

The original development plan was to make this the leading Ecological Community in Costa Rica. Close to one hundred thousand dollars was invested in to, planning, permitting, and marketing for this incredible property. The concept involved a three hectare club with swimming pools, tennis courts, equestrian center, and club house. The building lots and hotel sites were all designed to have minimal environmental impact with majority of the property being left to a natural reserve.
