How long has HRG been in business? 

HRG was founded in 2008 by Michael Hardy.

How long have you been working for HRG ?

My name is Walter Matarrita and I have been working for HRG for 3 years. My previous work experience includes working at Peninsula Papagayo, as well as working with the Four Seasons and the exclusive charming town of Las Catalinas Development at Playa Potrero, as guest service management. What kind of properties do you manage?

At HRG, our property management team manages the best of the best, including ultra luxury homes, villas and condos located within Los Sueños Resort & Marina.

What is your target market in Costa Rica?

Our target market includes exclusive high end customers that need a qualified and trustworthy management company to help them manage their investment properties and second homes.

How large is your operation?

All in all, our operation involves around 100 condos and 15 luxury homes and villas. Our team consists of a 50 person staff that covers all areas of our homeowners needs from accounting, customer service, maintenance and repair. 

What makes you different from other property management companies ?

One of the main differences between our team and other property management companies is that we focus on a select group of exclusive, high end properties. Our team is located onsite which is a huge benefit for homeowners and guests, giving us the ability to respond to requests in a more efficient manner.

What are your current projects?

We are currently managing all of the homes in our portfolio, in addition to building new houses, and following up on new remodeling projects within Los Sueños Resort.
