This fully renovated luxury residence in Terrazas offers panoramic ocean views of the Herradura Bay, Los Suenos Marina, and the Pacific Ocean beyond. With a unique location with direct access to one of Terrazas’ five ocean-view infinity pool areas and steps away from the exclusive Altamira Fitness center. Centrally located it's a short walk to the Los Suenos Marina, Beach Club, Marriott, and golf course.

This spacious garden-level residence spans approximately 3,550 square feet, designed for comfort, privacy, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Ocean views extend from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, and two large terraces. The condo features four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, outdoor grilling area, an additional powder room, a laundry room, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence, including outdoor areas.

The ocean-view master suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with steam room, private terrace, and sweeping views of the Pacific. Guest bedroom one includes two bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom two offers a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and terrace access, with a custom floor-to-ceiling TV and storage divider that separates the main sleeping area from an additional bunk-bed nook—ideal for families. Guest bedroom three features two twin beds plus a pull-out twin, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace. All beds, including bunk beds, are equipped with individual power outlets and USB ports.

Guests of Terrazas de Marbella enjoy access to one of five ocean-view infinity pool areas, each featuring grilling areas, palapas, outdoor showers, and heated jacuzzis. One of these infinity pools is located directly off the terrace of Terrazas 6D, offering effortless access and a true resort-style indoor-outdoor experience. The condo is also steps from one of the resort’s premier neighborhood-exclusive fitness centers, available to guests staying in Terrazas.

The residence is just a short walk or drive to the Los Sueños Beach Club, La Iguana Golf Course, and Marina Village, where guests will find restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and world-class sportfishing charters. The Terrazas neighborhood is known for its quiet setting, elevated views, abundant wildlife, and relaxing atmosphere.

This is our second time in the unit we rented. I couldn’t overstate how comfortable, restful and luxurious it is. Love renting from HRG. They take care of every detail. Their ability to communicate is world class. Los Sueños is really a dream!

This is our second stay in Terrasas 6D. We love the proximity to the Village shops, the amazing view/porch, the private pool, and the privacy of each bedroom with bath. Housekeeping does a great job. Our party enjoyed the Village restaurants, fishing, tours with zip lining, horseback riding, crocodiles & sunset at Villa Colettas.

HRG was phenomenal. From the beginning Josue from HRG was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed at a condo that was the nicest condo I have ever stayed in, In tearrazas. Josue had all of our food delivered and put away, transportation for airport was perfect. All activities were arrange by Josue and included transportation. Best family vacation of our lives!!! There was not a single problem while we were visiting Terazzas 6D. That, plus a gorgeous view, killer whole house entertainment/music from high quality speakers (inside and out), pool outside the door with same great view, and high quality ceiling fans made in Lexington.

Los Suenos is a wonderful community. Terrazas 6D is a spacious 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath condo. The location gives privacy plus amazing view. The pool is literally steps from the patio. I highly recommend this property.
