Great Bungalow Central to Everything in Los Suenos

Bella Vista 8E was a great three bedroom condo (One master with king bed, one semi-master with Queen bed, and one room with two full size beds. Each room had a very large bathroom.

Everything was in excellent condition, beachy and mostly modern and bright vibe. The housekeeping, security, and staff were all friendly and attentive.

The condo is on the bottom floor, but we never heard anyone above us, as all the doors and walls are very solid. The master bedroom is near the condo pool area, so you need to remember to close your curtains at night - although we never saw many people during our stay in July 2025.

The HRG concierge, Harold Guerrero, was very attentive to every issue that came about and was always a text or phone call away.

In sum, you can't go wrong with this property and it would be perfect for two couples with one kid each or a family of 5-6 people. One final note, while you can walk to either the Marriott resort or the Marina (by going out back of condo property), I recommend renting a golf cart as it is much more convenient.

We had the best time as a family. Bella Flor condo is lovely and perfectly for a family vacation. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the amenities make the stay perfect.

We love Bellavista and this condo was nicely remodeled and updated. The floor plan is great for kids + grandparents, uncles, friends or others as the master is separated from the other two rooms and all three rooms have large bathrooms and closets.
Josue and team are responsive as there were a couple of issues that needed to be solved and they were quick to tackle and make sure all was handled in the right way. Much appreciated!
Los suenos is a great stay, awesome restaurants, views, numerous pools and an easy drive to beautiful beaches and marinas nearby.
HRG check in check out was simple as the office is right by the entrance to the Los Suenos community.

Optional daily cleanings were appreciated as well!

I have been coming to Los Suenos for over 7 years. I am also a Travel Advisor booking my customers with HR. Everyone at HRG always makes the process of booking the beautiful condo a smooth process. Don't hesitate on choosing what you see in the pictures because unlike other companies the condo are exactly what you see on HRG website. To me the best part about booking with HRG is their staff! Ricardo , Harold will help you with anything you need. HRG is also so lucky to have such a wonderful employee Nancy, she is a prompt responder to messages and can help you with absolutely any thing you need during your stay including dinner reservation, excursions etc! She is truly one of the top reasons I always come back to HRG, she make you feel like royalty!
Bella Vista E may not have a view but it is a beautiful fresh well appointed spacious condo close to the marina, beach club and has a nice more private pool right out your door nestled in a well maintained garden. It was perfect.

Starting with the HRG management team. I give them 5 stars. Josue and Nancy were phenomenal. they set up activities before we arrived and dinner reservations. They were always available to answer a question or to assist with any other requests. I can't thank them enough for making our trip seamless.
The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well appointed. It was a great location. Close to restaurants, marina and beach club.
I took Josue advise and booked a golf cart. Definitely would recommend having one while staying in Los Suenos.

We love this condo. Is great for families, kids, the pool is close. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedrooms are big and comfy.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely condo. It was very clean and updated. Air conditioning, wonderful showers, comfortable beds, steps from the pool, maid service, help with booking tours... there is seriously nothing to complain about!

BELLA VISTA:
We really found the relaxation and fishing on our vacation that we were looking for. Our condo had the best location! Closest to the marina for our early departures and we grabbed breakfast preordered from the hookup each morning in our way. We had a pool right outside our garden patio and our rooms we cozy and very separated from one another for privacy. Basically each one is it’s own private suite with en-suite bathroom! We had a private chef one of the nights and they cooked the fish we caught. We the food was delicious and the chef entertaining! They also did our grocery shopping, our only task being to enjoy. A big thank you to all the staff at HRG for making this a special and memorable vacation for us! We’ll be back to fish again.
