Alta Vista 3A is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury condo with an amazing ocean view. It is situated at the top of the hill with views of the entire resort, the La Iguana golf course, and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy entertaining and dining al fresco on the ocean view balcony or relax in the open space living room and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom and balcony overlook the resort and ocean as well. The upscale ocean view pool area has a great terrace where you can enjoy the endless Costa Rican summers. It’s spacious living areas and bedrooms make this property feel like home.

Alta Vista is a quiet neighborhood of Mediterranean-style townhouses and villas within the Vista Los Suenos community. Courtyards, clay roof tiles, and water features characterize the eclectic influences of modern Spanish colonial revival. Sitting on a terraced hill overlooking the resort and Herradura Bay below, formal tropical gardens surround the community’s infinity pools, while all the amenities of resort living are nearby at the Marina Village just below.

HRG is always really professional, helpful and trying to accommodate your needs. No waiting time for check in, keys and apartment ready at the time it has been agreed. The apartment you choose is the same as in the pictures of their website. Since August It has been 4 times that I am renting in los sueños with HRG. I am Swiss but I live in San Jose since less than one year so it is a nice close escape. Altavista 3A is my favorite for the terrace with an amazing view and pool. Also main room facing sea view. I like the neighborhood really calm and pleasant to walk around. Internet is working really well if you need to work or study (like my teenagers). We usually rent a golf car which is fun and comfortable to go around.
Herradura beach in front of los sueños isn’t the best except for a little beach next to La Marina. Going out of los sueños turn right and reach the end of Herradura beach it is nice and you have full of little restaurants (you can help the locals who haven’t seen so many tourists). The pool of Altavista is beautiful because you have a stunning view. Pool at the beach club is also really nice if you want to change and is close to the beach. Enjoy!

From being picked up at the airport through the entire vacation, our trip was amazing. HRG took amazing care of us! Harold met every need and Eddie took care of transportation and went above and beyond to help. Their entire team deserves major props. The Alta Vista condo was breathtaking, Los Suenos was great, and all the recommended excursions were tons of fun. Greatly recommend the water fall hike (not really a hard hike at all) with Lamar!! We will be back next year as long as HRG and our new friends are still there!

The scenic surrounding views were spectacular. It’s situated in a very private condo with an amazing spacious balcony. The place was very clean (there was cleaning service daily). The costumer service from Ricardo was on point, sending us information and recommendations about de property. We really appreciated it.
We’re definitely going back.
