Situated within the exclusive Altamira community, this gorgeous home is just removed enough to provide privacy and seclusion, but close enough to Los Sueños Resort amenities, such as the Marina Village, to make it convenient to dining, shopping, and fun. With the marina, restaurants, café, wine shop, day spa, and salon, Jimmy T’s gourmet provisions, bank, and car rental agency, you won’t need to venture far for the necessities of comfortable living while staying at Villa Estrella.

Made for entertainment, this beautiful home features an impressive chef’s kitchen. With everything one might need to create the perfect meal or have one prepared by a local chef for hire, this gorgeous open concept kitchen features a professional 48” Wolf double-wide six-burner gas range, side by side built-in refrigerator, walk-in pantry with wine closet, and a huge kitchen island complete with bar stools for those keeping the cook company. Recently upgraded luxurious 5-star hotel bedding with 500 thread count sheets.

Residents can choose to take their meals on the large, formal dining room table indoors, or sit out on the bay view terrace and enjoy the Costa Rica ocean breezes for al fresco meals.

Between meals, a game of billiards can be had on the professional billiards table, or perhaps popcorn and a movie on the giant flat screen in the living area. With a nod toward the exotic flavors of Morroco, the professional interior design of this luxurious home veers away from the usual Tommy Bahama, tropical feel of most of the vacation homes and condos that surround the marina. Rich, vibrant jewel tones, intricately woven textiles, elaborate carvings, and arched doorways, windows, and alcoves all come together to create that lush, romantic fantasy of Moroccan magic.

The master suite, with its elegantly soft hues of sage and silver, is richly furnished and will be a haven of dreamy retreat for those fortunate enough to call it theirs. Complete with a private kitchenette, office, comfortable seating area, king-size bed, and French doors that open onto a wide, furnished terrace overlooking the ocean, this space affords spacious comfort. The en-suite master bath calls forth deep indulgence and romance, with stone tiles throughout and an ocean view Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

Each of the other main-house guest bedrooms are just as beautifully decorated, featuring king beds, premium linens, private en-suite bathrooms, and seating areas. The downstairs guest room enjoys French doors that open onto the poolside terrace and enjoys marina views.

This house is amazing. All the rooms feel spacious and the view is out of this world which you can appreciate from almost any room. All kitchen cookware and utensils you need, clean and organized, plenty towels and super close to the marina.
