Our Maiden Voyage to Costa Rica!

We had a great time Los Suenos. We did have a few problems with the first property we were put in but the management property was very quick to fix the situation and put us in a much better condo and even helped get us transported over to the new place. The staff was always very friendly, very helpful, very kind. Even the guards at the gates into the properties were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We did ask for help with coordinating transportation to Jaco and thought that meant the HRG people would take us, but they sent a very uncomfortable cab to pick us up. But the HRG drivers are amazing, and kind and helpful and tell you about the country as they are driving to and from the airport or wherever they maybe taking you. I have limited ability due to a bad knee and they were always there to assist getting me out of the vehicle. The beach club pool staff was so very nice, and the chef's there cooked my fish that I caught, and oh my it was amazing! Overall the trip was good, and we will definately be back, we want to return with our whole family someday!

I arrived and was met by Nancy, our personal concierge, who led us to our rental condo. There were many problems with the condo which were the responsibility of the owner and due to the owner's lack of maintenance.

After two days, and confirmation of the problems by an HRG associate, HRG Management and Nancy decided to move myself and my guests to a different condo, and upgraded us at no additional charge.

Nancy was most helpful. Not only with this issue but also with regard to assistance with every request and coordinating the various activities that I requested.

I contacted many property management companies that represent condo owners and rent the condos for these owners. HRG was the most honest with regard to all of the associated costs and offered wonderful amenities.

I would recommend to anyone to contact HRG for their vacation rental needs.

Wonderful stay in a clean, comfortable condo from Mike Hardy & his staff. A few small glitches (hot water issue in 1 shower), but can`t wait to return.Already thinking about another HRG rental next Holiday season.

From Check-in to Check-out, HRG took care of everything with impeccable service. The condo was very well maintained and clean and perfect for our family of five. It was very close to both the beach club and marina so we didn't have to travel far for anything. The three outdoor patios (two overlooking the golf course) provided a great place to start our day with a coffee and end the day with a cocktail. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing place to spend a few days in paradise.
