Amazing vacation

If we needed something they made it happen. We had people asking us where to go to get something or how to arrange something and we told them our concierge took care of it and made the arrangements. Could not have ask for a better experience.

But what made my experience so outstanding was HRG, the team is awesome. From accommodating my every request (within reason) and promptly taking care of any issue that may have occurred. And the tiny things like letting you schedule the maid service to come at a time that would be convenient for you to pre stocking the kitchen (for a small fee). I can't say enough about HRG they did a world class job. And I would like to especially Thank Roselinn Storhaug for doing and incredible job of finding me the perfect condo for my needs, and always being there to answer my question in the days leading up to my visit. And Luis Gonzales for being an outstanding concierge and helping to make this most enjoyable vacation to date.

We had a nice terrace and a pool and hottub in the backyard - what more could you ask for! The concierge service was excellent - they arranged all of our tours for us and were very flexible in rescheduling one day when my son was sick. I would definitely recommend this property as well as HRG.
