Have been there 5/6 different years and it’s immaculate. Very well landscaped and layed out. Multiple pools and and restaurants on site. Great service for the condos. Recommend Josue if you want to visit.

El atento y cortés servicio de Josue Villalobos, atendió todas mis necesidades, asegurándose de que mi estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Es mi segunda vez hospedandome en el lugar debido su conveniente ubicación y excelente servicio.
HRG Condos at Los Sueños se ha convertido rápidamente en mi elección de alojamiento cada vez que viajo a la zona. Definitivamente un lugar que merece 5 estrellas en relacion a servicio, precio, atencion, amenidades y ubicacion.

I was surprised by the rental, I was really looking for a hotel but I found Los Sueños and with little knowledge I chose this option, when I arrived I was excited, because of the space, the locations, everything the resort offers for walks, views, restaurants, Marina club, Beach Club, swimming pools, gym, spa, etc., it was incredible, excellent stay.

HRG Properties has a gem of property if you are planning a visit to Costa Rica. This is a very quiet area and walkable to the resort, the Marriott, the golf course and the Marina. Great dining is less than 5 minutes drive by car or golf cart. The concierge services was the absolute best! Just a text away with guidance and reservations. It took away so much stress. Would 100% re-visit this condo or any other properties managed by HRG!

La estadia como es normal en las propiedades administradas por HRG fue de gran confort atencion y detalles, la limpieza y orden diario es una de los puntos mas altos que poseen asi como la respuesta inmediada ante cualquier consulta o requerimiento que uno necesite.
LA comunicadad La Colina es una comunidad muy ordenada sus mantenimientos asi como el nivel de seguridad son sumamente excelentes por lo que brinda la tranquilidad de estar en el sitio.
Por lo demas la parte comercial y de restaurantes de Los Sueños son verdaderamente excelentes precios accesibles y variedad de platillos a su eleccion.
Sin lugar a duda volver a elegirlos es la principal seleccion
