Boredom is one feeling that you're never going to experience during your vacation experience in Los Sueños. If you're not too wiped out from the day's adventures, there is plenty to be said for nightlife in Los Sueños Resort and nearby Jaco Beach and Playa Hermosa.
The Los Sueños Resort alone boasts six awesome restaurants; more if you include those that are located inside the Marriott Hotel. Lanterna Ristorante Italiano is the place for flavorful Italian cuisine, Bamboo Sushi and Asian Cuisine perfect for when you're feeling like something light hand healthy, and El Galeon Restaurant is for when you really want to get dressed up and enjoy a fine dining kind of evening. For more casual fair or perhaps just sunset cocktails overlooking the marina, you can check out the Hookup Bar and Grill and, of course, you can always ask the team at HRG to set you up with a private chef to come to your place and prepare a dinner party for you.
Nightlife in nearby Jaco Beach also includes a number of excellent restaurants and, for cocktails and dancing later, you can find plenty to do till 2am. Starting around 10pm, check out the Monkey Bar, Le Loft, Space Jaco or Orange Pub.
For an earlier kind of evening, on Saturdays be sure to check out the weekly surf contest at The Backyard Bar and Grill in Playa Hermosa and stick around for sunset cocktails and barbecue. The backyard generally winds down around 8pm; night owls head out on the town in Jaco after that.
