Casa Faro Azul offers ocean views that surpass any other in Costa Rica, top of the line amenities and easy access to the Faro Escondido Beach Club, the Faro 5 Owners Club, and nearby Los Sueños Resort & Marina facilities. Situated within the private residential sanctuary of Faro Escondido, this exceptional piece of Costa Rica real estate is built on a Pacific Ocean cliff-side double lot with total privacy and ample parking for guests.
Faro Escondido, accessed via the main entrance to Los Sueños Resort & Marina, is a private, gated, controlled access community, which boasts two clubs for owners that include two large community swimming pools, entertainment areas with grilling facilities, a half basketball court, four tennis courts, and direct access to a white sand beach.
Featuring the unique, cutting edge architectural design of Angelo Del Vequio, Casa Faro Azul was created specifically to accommodate extended families, large groups, or entourages. Interior decorate it by Belgium designer, creates a sense of transcendent luxury ensconced in contemporary tropical transitional design with authentic handcrafted art and furnishings, as well as some antique accents, leaving residents feeling indulged in the lap of luxury and fine furnishings.
With his children and grandchildren in mind, the original owner commissioned Del Vequio to design the main house with two complete living quarters on either side of the top floor of the main house. These each boast a private sitting room, a full kitchen, spacious balconies with expansive ocean views, and two bedrooms with en suite baths. The second floor also features a guest suite with private bath, a small office alcove, and a common living area with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV.
On the ground floor, vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and French doors create a breezy flow between the spacious living and dining areas, and the deck, infinity pool and Pacific Ocean beyond; upon entering the home, one gets the sense of standing on the bow of a great yacht. A huge, well equipped chef’s kitchen with walk in pantry favors the other side of the main floor, and behind the kitchen there are staff quarters with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a small kitchen.
Downstairs from the ground floor, level-one of the main house features a cigar lounge, game room, screening theater, and conference room, which could be easily converted into a spa treatment room or private gym. These entertainment areas open up onto a private garden area which enjoys ocean views. The lower floor also features a full kitchen and full bath.
An enormous two story loft-design owner’s suite graces the South side of the property and enjoys dramatic ocean views, as well as direct access to the patio and pool area. This gorgeous, private guest house features cathedral ceilings, a private living area, a unique loft style bedroom, one and a half baths, an indoor-outdoor shower, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a private patio with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

What our customers are saying
We wish we could live there year round!
We had the most amazing 10 days at Los Suenos Resort (Delmar 1E). The grounds/amenities are impeccably maintained and the condo is furnished beautifully. All the staff is very courteous, respectful, and friendly. The security there is pretty serious too; we felt incredibly safe walking everywhere even at night.
We were at the pools on most days and they are the perfect temperature. Usually I have to slowly inch my way into a pool but I could walk right into these - and they were still refreshing! We also had two day trips. The first was a day of ziplining and atv'ing and the second was Tortuga Island with Catalina Cruises. There's a couple of companies that offer Tortuga Island but go with Catalina Cruises it was the best day of our trip! We will be back for sure!Austin & Tanveer (Hoboken, NJ)
