We just returned from a week at Casa Aqua in Los Sueños. The week was absolutely amazing. We were 3 families and we stayed in the stunning Casa Aqua. This house is brand new and is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is surrounded by lush jungle and and a beautiful view and the outdoor area was our favorite. This is our third time in Los Sueños in the past couple of years and this house is by far the most beautiful, spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation for adults and children alike. We enjoyed the state of the art kitchen to cook and prepare meals, the living room to watch movies and the pool table for our evening games of leisure. The bedrooms are all stunningly beautiful with extremely comfortable beds and large yet cozy bathrooms. This home is spectacular. Additionally, the staff at HRG was extremely helpful with coordinating all of our off-site activities like zip lining, surfing, transportation and dining reservations. Not only was the staff always readily available to help with any of our needs, they were extremely professional, welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend HRG and Casa Aqua as your next vacation destination

A while ago, they created Los Suenos Golf Resort... a 5 stars Golf, Marina Residential Resort that competes perfectly with other resorts in the Caribbeans. The beach is not the attraction. It's the living amenities and all the possibilities of comfort offered that makes Los Suenos at Playa Herradura an exceptional haven to come spend some time away from the hussle and bussle of the routine life!!

We had a wonderful trip. The condo was very nice and clean. Our group fished a lot and the location was close to the marina. it worked out perfectly. We had a washing machine issue and the staff were there in minutes and had it fixed. I would definitely recommend this property.

From our arrival to leaving was first class. We had a few things to handle regarding the computers and TV. These things were handled immediately. The people assisting us upon arrival were extremely nice and helpful. The other workman were very friendly and took care of the issues quickly. The condo was extremely nice. In fact, we are discussing returning and renting the same condo. I cannot think of one negative comment or problem we had. Thank you for making our vacation the best ever!

I recently stayed at this condo in Costa Rica, managed by HRG. Prior to our trip I was contacted by Nancy Martin of HRG, who arranged all of the tours we requested. She provided useful information on the tours (what to take, etc.).
Geo, our English-speaking HRG driver, was waiting for us at the airport with a cooler full of cold drinks. We were driven promptly to our condo, about 90 minutes away. The condo was clean and well-maintained, and had all of the amenities I required. It was useful to have an equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer.
I was impressed by the professionalism of HRG, and the punctuality of their drivers. We used them several times for transportation; on every occasion they were on time. When the Costa Rican cousin of Montezuma visited me on Christmas Eve, I immediately contacted Nancy, who directed me to a medical clinic a 5-minute walk away. I was unable to phone my insurance company in Canada, so Nancy contacted them for me. I really appreciated her going beyond the call of duty. Thanks Nancy.
Based upon my experience, I very highly recommend this condo.
