We recently went to Los Suenos on vacation for the forth time. Previously, we had always stayed at the resort hotel, but this time we took the kids with us and needed a bit more space and functionality. After some investigation, we contacted HRG to make arrangements for a condo. They had received high marks in the reviews we had read so they seemed the logical choice. And they were. We're very happy with our decision to book through HRG. From the day we made our reservation to the day we departed Costa Rica, they were attentive to insuring our trip met our expectations and were easy to contact while we were there. We had HRG arrange some activities (zip lining, etc.) which proved to be professionally run and great fun. The best part, though, was the condo they arranged for us, Marbella 4a. It was stunning. It was beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable for our family. The view from the balcony was the best in the resort, just as we were told by our HRG concierge. We look forward to our next trip to Los Suenos and we will certainly book through HRG again (and hopefully get Marbella 4a again, though I'm sure all the HRG condos are nice)

Happy in Veranda 3E. This property in the Los Suenos resort area is beautiful and very convenient to all of the Los Suenos amenities: the Beach Club pool (across the street), the golf course, the hotel, the marina and the shops. I was able to take a short walk in the morning to the bakery for coffee and pastry. That same short walk or golf cart ride got me to the marina for my offshore activities. If I didn't want to cook or wasn't going out for dinner, room service was available. My condo was lovely. Very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and entertaining essentials. The bathroom was a perfect size, and the closet (with safe) was huge! I was there with family in another part of the resort (their Vista Bahia condo was excellent also) and was staying by myself. I felt totally secure at all times. The attendants at the gate were very nice but also very thorough in making sure you belonged on the property. My condo had everything I needed for an incredible vacation. All the HRG staff were very helpful and kind. I definitely would come back.

Outstanding! For valentine's day, my wife and I chose to stay once again in Los Suenos, but this time, instead of the hotel, we chose this condominium complex. It is worth every spent dime. Everything is nearby, the marina, the restaurant is not exactly walking distance per say, but, since you drove from downtown San Jose, you might just drive less a mile away to get good food and relaxed atmosphere. Everything is neat and clean, fully equipped! Was afraid of the usual mosquitos but, we found none!

It advertises private pool, well, not exactly private because it is shared but don't get me wrong, shared with other two complex of 8, a pair of complex shares a pool so it wasn't "crowed" nor noisy.

I need to be emphatic with the order and that everything is kept clean like the pool, the pool's bathroom, you'll get a maid to clean up your condo so it was quite a sweat surprise to find it crystal clean when we came back from dinner. It has it's own in/room laundry and dryer, microwave, oven, etc... Tvs are not exactly 60" flat screen but come on, why would you want to stay at home watching TV having so much beautiful sunset and ocean activities to do, right?

The only thing I would like the owners to keep an eye on, is that, they will hold $500 off your Credit Card and reimburse it a couple of days later if there's no damage to their property to be charged. That's ok, but when we got there, we notice some stuffs, minor stuffs, were already half broken. On check out, I told the clerk those things we saw to be broken when we got there and got the assurance we won't get charged by those things like the bottle and egg holders inside the fridge, some kitchen tools are quite "used" and "scratched".

Anyways, the overall experience, the place, the service and attention, all two thumbs up. Next time, we'll try the golf course.
